Booking Policies / Procedures

PCB Bonfires thanks you for entrusting us to provide you with your special event. Below are standard policies and procedures that will help ensure your reservation is timely and accurate.

Please contact us prior to booking your fire. All bonfire companies are limited on where we can set up.  If you fail to confirm your bonfire location prior to booking, you will be subject to forfeit the processing fee of 3.5% of any monies paid.

For any same day requests please contact us directly at 850-404-2383 or 404.805.0664. Otherwise we can not guarantee your reservation. 

 Choose your Bonfire Package.

You can select up to two (2) dates for your bonfire, including requested start time(s).

Bonfires are allowed between the hours of 5pm – 11pm.We offer both wood or propane gas fires. Weather conditions may dictate available options. If you have a preference, please notify us during your booking Pick the area or location where you wish to have your Bonfire.  If you are not sure about a location, or are unfamiliar with the area, you may check the “location” section of our website or feel free to contact us by phone or use the notes section in online ordering to ask us during your booking and we will be glad to assist you with this.

Complete personal information and payment section:

*Initial Deposit: This includes obtaining your bonfire permit and reserving your requested date.  Your reservation is not finalized until full payment has been received.

*Full Payment: Includes all charges for your reservation along with any extras or upgrades you have chosen. Full payment must be completed by 12 noon on the day of your bonfire.

Once your information and initial payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with your information. This will include a link where your final payment can be completed.


Once payment has been received and we proceed with booking your bonfire, any cancellation by the customer from this point will incur a 3.5% cancellation fee for any monies already paid.


Once we are loaded and in the process of setting up your event, then any monies returned will be commensurate to the amount of work already performed. Once bonfire set ups are completed, no refunds will be given.
